🌿 Introduction: Why the Book of Jude Matters Today
The book of Jude is one of the shortest books in the Bible, containing only one chapter, but its message is powerful and deeply relevant.
Jude was written as a warning to believers about a danger that had entered the church—not persecution from outside, but corruption from within.
Jude warns that some people had secretly entered among God’s people and were twisting God’s grace into permission to live however they wanted.
This letter teaches us:

He is the Son of God.

Israel in the Wilderness
“The Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.”

God rescued Israel from slavery, but many still refused to trust Him.

A person can experience God’s blessings and still turn away from obedience.
The Angels Who Rebelled
“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”
