The Levites are a special group of people in the Bible chosen from the tribe of Levi, one of the twelve tribes of Israel. They were set apart by God for spiritual service connected to the tabernacle and later the temple.
📖 Who are the Levites?
The Levites come from Levi, one of Jacob’s twelve sons. When Israel became a nation, each son’s descendants became a tribe.
But Levi’s tribe was different.
